ACB Pass

The ACB PASS app provides Asian Bank staff with professional tools for asset appraisal with the following features:

- Quick operation with the property being appraised: View, create, update legal document information, photos, owner, planning information.

- Prepare statement, control report, approve appraisal report

- Manage and track inquiry forms and appraisal documents

- Estimated asset price: Townhouse / residential land; Apartment, Transport vehicles

- View property price map

- View price map of road segment

- Other basic features such as: Search, track status, contact the property manager, report, request form ....
